1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • Digital E-Invitations: Due to the nature of digital products, once they are sent or accessed, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Physical Cards and Gifting Packages: You can return or exchange physical items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at info@eksutra.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation for the return or exchange request.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not send any items back without this authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the items securely and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the items back to us using a traceable shipping method to ensure they are returned safely.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days of receipt of the returned items.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized Invitations: Any personalized or customized invitations that have been specifically designed and approved for your event.
  • Digital E-Invitations: Once accessed or sent, digital invitations cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@eksutra.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
